Refund & Cancellation Policy

Overview

At CVT Logistics, we take pride in providing safe, reliable, and professional transport services for pets and cargo. Because our services involve advance scheduling, route planning, and resource allocation, the following refund and cancellation policy applies to all bookings.

Booking & Reservation Fees

  • All bookings require a non-refundable booking or reservation fee to secure scheduling, route planning, and administrative costs.

  • Booking fees are not refundable under any circumstances, including cancellations or changes initiated by the customer.

Customer Cancellations

  • Cancellations made more than 72 hours prior to the scheduled pickup:

    • Eligible for a refund of any amounts paid minus the non-refundable booking fee.

  • Cancellations made within 72 hours of the scheduled pickup:

    • No refunds will be issued.

  • Same-day cancellations or no-shows:

    • No refunds will be issued.

Service Interruptions or Delays

CVT Logistics is not responsible for delays or service interruptions caused by:

  • Weather conditions

  • Traffic incidents

  • Mechanical issues

  • Acts of God

  • Government or regulatory actions

  • Third-party actions beyond our control

Refunds will not be issued for delays caused by these circumstances. However, we will make reasonable efforts to communicate updates and complete the service safely.

Company-Initiated Cancellations

If CVT Logistics must cancel a service due to circumstances within our control:

  • Customers will receive a full refund of all amounts paid, including any booking or service fees.

  • Alternatively, customers may elect to reschedule at no additional charge.

Pet Transport-Specific Conditions

Refunds will not be issued if transport cannot be completed due to:

  • Inaccurate or incomplete health documentation

  • Aggressive or unsafe animal behavior not disclosed at booking

  • Improper or non-compliant pet carriers

  • Failure of the owner or authorized party to be present at pickup or delivery

Cargo Transport-Specific Conditions

Refunds will not be issued if service cannot be completed due to:

  • Inaccurate shipment details

  • Improper packaging

  • Prohibited or undisclosed contents

  • Failure of sender or receiver availability

Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds are processed to the original form of payment.

  • Please allow 7–10 business days for refunds to appear, depending on your financial institution.

Policy Acknowledgment

By booking services with CVT Logistics, customers acknowledge and agree to this Refund & Cancellation Policy.
